Die frühblühende Triumph-Tulpe Novi Sun hat strahlend gelbe Blütenblätter und ist sehr robust und unempfindlich. Sie blüht wunderschön und leuchtend von April - Mai, daher auch sehr gut als Schnittblume geeignet und im Garten gern gesehen für Pflanzbehälter, Rabatten und bunte Frühlingsbeete.
Die Tulpenzwiebeln werden bereits ab Mitte/Ende September am besten in Gruppen gepflanzt und etwa 2- bis 3-mal so tief wie die Zwiebel hoch ist. Sie bevorzugen einen sonnigen Standort mit durchlässigem, humosem Boden.
